Australian-Style Lamb Roast
A hearty lamb roast with a sweet and tangy glaze, inspired by traditional Australian cuisine.
Ingredients

- ●1/4 cup Honey
- ●2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●2 sprigs Rosemary

- ●1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- ●2 tablespoons Olive oil

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).

Season the lamb shoulder with salt and black pepper.

In a small bowl, mix together the honey, lemon juice, and minced garlic.

Rub the honey-lemon mixture all over the lamb shoulder, making sure to coat it evenly.

Place the lamb shoulder in a large Dutch oven or a heavy roasting pan.

Add the rosemary sprigs and olive oil to the pan.
