Pan-Seared Squid with Zhejiang Sauce
A flavorful and spicy dish featuring pan-seared squid in a Zhejiang-inspired sauce. Perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients
- β4 pieces Squidcleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces
- β1 bunch Tendergreen onions, chopped
- β2 cloves Zhejiangginger, minced
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β1 teaspoon Pepperblack pepper, ground

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add the squid pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned.

Remove the squid from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil and cook the minced ginger over medium heat for 1 minute.

Add the chopped green onions and cook for another minute.

Add the cooked squid back into the pan and stir to combine with the ginger and green onion mixture.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
