Eastern-Style Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
A delicious and healthy twist on traditional stuffed cabbage rolls, featuring tender labneh and crunchy savoy cabbage.

- β1 cup labnehMiddle Eastern yogurt cheese
- β1 medium onionfinely chopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp cuminground
- β1 tsp paprikasweet

1. Blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling water for 30 seconds to make them pliable.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the labneh, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

3. Lay a cabbage leaf flat and place a tablespoon of the labneh mixture in the center.

4. Fold the stem end over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll into a tight cylinder.

5. Repeat with the remaining cabbage leaves and filling.

6. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.

7. Add the stuffed cabbage rolls seam-side down and cook for 5 minutes.
