Herbed Poached Salmon
A simple and healthy salmon dish flavored with fresh thyme and poached to perfection.
Ingredients

- βa few sprigs Fresh thymeFor garnish

- βto taste Pepper
- βoptional NourishFor added flavor
Instructions

Rinse the salmon fillet under cold water and pat it dry with a paper towel.

Season the salmon with salt and pepper.

Add a few sprigs of fresh thyme to the poaching liquid (water or fish stock).

Place the salmon in the poaching liquid and bring it to a simmer.

Reduce the heat to a low temperature (around 145Β°F) and poach the salmon for 8-10 minutes or until it's cooked through.

Remove the salmon from the poaching liquid and place it on a plate.

Garnish with additional thyme sprigs if desired.

Optional: Add a dash of nourish to the poaching liquid for added flavor.
