Australian Toasted Seed Skewers
A delicious and healthy snack made with toasted Australian australian bush seeds, perfect for a quick pick-me-up.
Ingredients
- ●1 cup Australian bush seedstoasted
- ●2 tablespoons Crunchy sesame seeds
- ●1/4 cup Toasted pumpkin seeds
- ●to taste Salt
- ●as needed Water
Instructions

Soak the Australian bush seeds in water for at least 4 hours.

Drain and rinse the seeds, then transfer them to a baking sheet.

Add the toasted pumpkin seeds and crunchy sesame seeds to the baking sheet.

Drizzle with water and sprinkle with salt to taste.

Toss to combine and spread the mixture out in a single layer.

Roast in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
