Smoky Korean Rice Bowl
A flavorful and spicy Korean-inspired rice bowl with smoky marinated beef. This dish is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp Gochujang
- β1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 lb Grass-Fed Beefthinly sliced
- β2 cups Cooked White Rice
- β1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
- β1/4 cup Chopped Toasted Sesame Seeds

In a medium bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, and smoked paprika.

Add the sliced beef to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the beef from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.

Cook the beef for 3-4 minutes per side, or until it reaches a safe internal temperature of 135Β°F for medium-rare.

Transfer the beef to a plate and let it rest for a few minutes.

Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to break up any clumps.
