Spicy Pili Chicken
A flavorful and spicy dish made with marinated chicken, pili, and peri sauce.

- β500g Chicken breast
- β2g Pili
- β250g Peri sauce
- β200g Toor
- β4 Kebab
- βsalt and pepper With
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β2 cloves Garlicminced

In a blender, combine pili, peri sauce, toor, and garlic. Blend until smooth.

In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Add the blended mixture to the bowl and mix well.

Add the chicken breast to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
