Brazilian Tagine with Tropical Peas
A flavorful and nutritious tagine made with tropical fruits and peas, inspired by Brazilian cuisine. This dish is gluten-free and perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- β1 cup tropical fruit (such as pineapple or mango)
- β2 tsp tagine spice blend
- β1 tsp sugar
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 medium onion
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1 lb chicken breastboneless and skinless
- β salt and pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
