Pan-Seared Trout with Crispy Toastie
A simple and delicious recipe for pan-seared trout served with a crispy toastie.
Ingredients

- β2 lemon wedges
- β salt
- β pepper
- β2 slices whole wheat bread
- β1/2 cup grated cheesesuch as cheddar or parmesan
