Bouncy Tunisian Tacos

- β1/2 cup, chopped fresh parsley bouncy
- β1/4 cup, olive oil solo
- β1 teaspoon, ground cumin uick
- β1 teaspoon, smoked paprika dinner
- β8-10 corn tortillas tacos

2. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped tunisian, cooked quinoa, chopped bouncy, and olive oil. Season with cumin, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt.
