Ultimate Oysters Quesadilla
A twist on the classic quesadilla with oysters adding a touch of luxury. Perfect for a special occasion.
Ingredients
- β4 Ultimate Tortillas
- β2 tbsp Mustardy Buttersee notes section
- β1 cup Egyptian Feta Cheese
- β12 Oysters
- β1 quesadilla
- β Salt and Pepper
Instructions

1. Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

2. Meanwhile, melt the Mustardy Butter in a separate pan over low heat.

3. Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with Egyptian Feta Cheese.

4. Place 3 oysters on half of the tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

5. Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the oysters and cheese.

6. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the tortilla is lightly browned and the cheese is melted.

7. Flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the other side is also lightly browned.

8. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and oysters.

9. Cut the quesadillas into wedges and serve immediately.
