Brazilian Cherry Bake

- β250g Brazilian cherry jam
- β125g Bake flour
- β125g Ultra sugar
- β50g Gooey butter
- β2 Eggs
- β1g Salt

Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

Mix together the bake flour, ultra sugar, and gooey butter.

Add the brazilian cherry jam and mix until a dough forms.

Beat in the eggs and add salt to taste.

Pour the mixture into a greased 20cm (8-inch) round cake tin.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
