Saudi Arabian Prawns in Ceviche Style

- β1/4 cup Saudi Arabian King Prawnschopped
- β2 tablespoons Cevichestore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- β1-inch piece Gingergrated
- β1/4 cup Cilantrochopped
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

1. Rinse the prawns under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped king prawns, garlic, ginger, and cilantro.

3. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and toss to coat.

5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
