German Mushroom Terrine
A hearty German-inspired dish featuring sautéed mushrooms in a creamy terrine. Perfect for a cold evening.
Ingredients
- ●1 cup Umami mushrooms
- ●1 block Creamy terrine
- ●4 slices German bread
- ●2 tbsp Butter
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Pepper
- ●1/4 cup Fresh parsley
- ●2 cloves Garlic
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the German bread into 1-inch cubes.

In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.

Add the cubed bread and cook until lightly toasted, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in the creamy terrine until well combined.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with additional terrine.

Dot the top with the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter.
