Pao Verde Crunch
A delightful combination of crunchy and savory flavors, all wrapped up in a delicious verde sauce.
Ingredients
- β2 tbsp Umami paste
- β1 cup Crunchy vegetable slawstore-bought or homemade
- β4 slices Pao bread
- β1/2 cup Verde saucehomemade or store-bought
- β1 tsp Lime juice
- βto taste Salt

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut the pao bread into cubes.

Toss the bread cubes with umami paste until well coated.

Spread the crunchy vegetable slaw on a baking sheet.

Bake the slaw for 5-7 minutes or until crispy.

In a separate pan, toast the bread cubes for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.

In a bowl, mix together the verde sauce and lime juice.

To assemble, place a toasted bread cube on a plate, top with crunchy slaw, and drizzle with verde sauce.

Repeat the layers two more times, finishing with a drizzle of verde sauce on top.
