- β2kg Flaky potatoespeeled and cut into fry shapes
- β2 tbsp Umamipaste or powder
- β2 tbsp Olive oilfor frying
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Preheat oil in a deep frying pan to 180Β°C.

Fry the potatoes in batches until golden and crispy.
