Smoked Mackerel Wrap

- β4 fillets Smoked Mackerel
- β4 wraps Greek Wrap
- β2 tbsp Umami Saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 head Lettuce
- β1 Tomato
- β1/2 Red Onion
- β1/2 Cucumber

1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

2. Place the smoked mackerel fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until heated through.

3. Meanwhile, toast the Greek wrap in a toaster or under the broiler for a few seconds.

4. Spread 1 tablespoon of Umami Sauce on each wrap.

5. Add a piece of smoked mackerel on each wrap, followed by lettuce, tomato, red onion, and cucumber.
