Argentinian Beef Stir Fry
A flavorful and spicy stir-fry dish featuring juicy beef and a hint of umami from soy sauce.
Ingredients
- β1.5 pounds beef (sirloin or flank steak)Slice into thin strips.
- β2 tablespoons umami soy sauce
- β1 large juicy red bell pepperSlice into thin strips.
- β2 tablespoons Argentinian chimichurri sauceStore-bought or homemade, to taste.
- β2 tablespoons coconut oilFor frying.
- β1 small stir-fry onionsThinly sliced.
- β2 cloves garlic (minced)
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- β1 tablespoon grated gingerOptional, for added flavor.
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.

Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to the skillet.

Add the sliced onions and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until translucent.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly to prevent burning.

Add the sliced red bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until tender.

Add the cooked beef back into the skillet and stir to combine.

Pour in the umami soy sauce and Argentinian chimichurri sauce, and stir to coat the beef and vegetables.
