Spicy Sujebi Noodle Soup

- β1 package Sujebi (hand-pulled noodles)
- β4 cups Vegetable broth
- β1 tsp Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Sesame oil
- β1 bunch Green onions
- β2 tbsp Korean chili paste (gochujang)
- β1 cup Udon noodles

Instructions

Bring the vegetable broth to a boil in a large pot.

Add the Korean chili flakes, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the pot.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
