Thai Chicken Curry
A flavorful and spicy Thai-inspired chicken curry made with a rich and creamy sauce.

- β2 tablespoons Thai curry paste
- β1 can light coconut milk
- β2 tablespoons umami soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon fish sauce
- β1 tablespoon sugar
- β1 cup chicken broth
- β1/4 cup Thai basil
