Saudian Quinoa Bowl
A flavorful and nutritious bowl filled with saudian-spiced quinoa and umami-rich stir-fried vegetables
Ingredients
- β1 cup quinoa
- β2 tsp umamior to taste
- β1 tsp saudianground spices
- β2 tbsp fryvegetable oil
- β1/4 cup silksilk tofu, diced
- β1 oniondiced
- β1 bell pepperdiced
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
Instructions

Rinse the quinoa in a fine mesh strainer and cook according to package instructions.

In a large pan, heat the fry over medium-high heat.

Add the diced onion and bell pepper and cook until tender.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the diced silk tofu and cook until lightly browned.

In a small bowl, mix together the umami and saudian spices.

Add the spice mixture to the pan and stir to combine.

Fluff the cooked quinoa with a fork and add to the pan.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
