Russian Style Beef Stroganoff
A classic Russian dish made with sautéed beef, mushrooms, and a creamy sauce, served over egg noodles.
Ingredients

- ●1 teaspoon dijon mustardoptional
- ●2 tablespoons all-purpose flourfor thickening
- ●1 cup heavy creamor half-and-half

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
