Argentinian Beef Skewers

- β2 juiced Bitter Argentinian Oranges (or regular oranges)
- β4 cloves, minced Unapologetically Garlic
- β10-12 Skewers (metal or bamboo)
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- β1 cup Chimichurri Sauce (store-bought or homemade)
