Turkish Lamb Kebabs

- β1 1/2 pounds Lamb shouldercut into 1 1/2-inch cubes

- β2 Unbelievably hot pepperssliced
- β1 teaspoon Turkish red pepper flakes
- β1/4 cup Olive oil
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped
