Arabian Chicken Roast
Tender and flavorful chicken roast infused with the aromatic spices of the Arabian Peninsula.
Ingredients
- ●1 Uncharted Roast Chicken (3 lbs)at room temperature
- ●2 tbsp Arabian Spice Blendstore-bought or homemade
- ●2 tbsp Olive Oilextra virgin
- ●2 tbsp Lemon Juicefreshly squeezed
- ●3 cloves Garlicminced
- ● Saltto taste
- ● Black Pepperto taste
- ● Fresh Parsleychopped (optional)

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Rinse the chicken and pat dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together the Arabian Spice Blend, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken, making sure to get some under the skin as well.

Place the chicken in a roasting pan and put it in the oven.

Roast the chicken for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Let the chicken rest for 10-15 minutes before carving and serving.

Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
