Canadian Chicken Casserole
A hearty, comforting casserole filled with fluffy chicken, vegetables, and a hint of Canadian flair.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds chicken breastsboneless, skinless
- β1 cup uncommonly fluffy oyster mushroomssliced
- β2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- β2 tablespoons butter
- β1 medium diced onion
- β1 medium diced bell pepper
- β1 can canned cream of chicken soup
- β1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.

Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown, about 3-4 minutes.
