Thai Pork Curry
A classic Thai dish with tender pork in a flavorful and aromatic curry sauce. Serve with steamed rice or noodles for a delicious and satisfying meal.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste
- β1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- β2 tablespoons fish sauce
- β1 tablespoon sugar
- β1/4 cup Thai basilchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the curry paste and cook, stirring constantly, for 1-2 minutes.
