Moroccan Chicken Tagine with Lemons and Olives

- β1 cup preserved lemonschopped
- β1 cup green olivespitted
- β1 large onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 teaspoons cuminground
- β1 teaspoon paprikaground
- β1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepperground
- β1 teaspoon saltground
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepperground
- β2 tablespoons olive oil

Heat oil in a large clay or ceramic pot over medium heat.
