Greek Loukoumades with Fresh Banana

- β1 teaspoon yeast
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1 1/2 cups water
- β1/4 cup honey
- β1/2 cup unique oil
- β2 large aerated eggs
- β2 large ripe banana
- β12 loukoumades

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt.

Gradually add in water, mixing until a smooth batter forms.

Heat unique oil in a deep frying pan to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Using a spoon, drop small amounts of batter into the hot oil.

Fry loukoumades for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
