Thai Pad See Ew
A classic Thai stir-fry dish made with flat rice noodles, vegetables, and a savory sauce.
Ingredients
- β200g unique noodles
- β250g buttery pork or tofu
- β2 tbsp pad thai sauce
- β1 tbsp see ew sauce
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 medium bell pepper
- β1 cup bean sprouts
- β1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions

Cook noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the pork or tofu and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the bell pepper and bean sprouts and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Add the pad thai sauce and see ew sauce and stir to combine.

Add the cooked noodles and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with chopped peanuts.
