Thai-Style Pan-Seared Moo Ping
A flavorful and spicy Thai-style pork dish, perfect for a quick dinner. This recipe uses thinly sliced pork and a blend of Thai spices to create a delicious and aromatic meal.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork (Moo)
- β2 tablespoons Thai Red Curry Paste
- β1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- β2 cups Veal Stock
- β1 cup Unique Rice
- β2 leaves Buttery Lettuce
- β1/4 cup Thai Basil
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β1 Ping Pepper

1. Slice the pork into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add the pork to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.

4. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

5. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and add the Thai red curry paste.
