Pan-Seared Canadian Portobello Mushrooms

- β skilletfor cooking
- β2 tbsp unique oilvegetable or canola oil
- β1/4 cup crispy breadcrumbsoptional
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper

Instructions

Heat the skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the unique oil to the skillet and let it heat up for a minute.

Add the portobello mushrooms to the skillet, gill side down.

Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the mushrooms develop a nice brown color on the gill side.
