Saudi Lamb Kebabs
A traditional Saudi dish featuring marinated lamb kebabs grilled to perfection. Serve with a side of flatbread or rice.
Ingredients
- β500g lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tsp dry Arabian spicesmix of cumin, coriander, cinnamon, and cardamom
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β2 tbsp lemon juice
- β2 cloves garlic, minced
- β1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- β1 tsp salt
- β1 tsp black pepper

In a large bowl, combine lamb cubes, dry Arabian spices, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the lamb evenly.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and slightly charred.
