Spicy Indian Fish Curry

- β1 pound Fish Fillets (Cod or Tilapia)
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1-inch piece Ginger
- β2 teaspoons Indian Red Chili Powder
- β1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- β1 teaspoon Cumin Powder

- β1 cup Coconut Milk
- βchopped (for garnish) Fresh Cilantro
