Hearty Beef and Syrian Stew
A rich and flavorful stew made with tender beef shin, unique seasonings, and a hint of peppery spice.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons unique seasoning blend
- β1 teaspoon peppery spice
- β1 teaspoon Syrian oregano
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 tablespoons tomato paste
- β2 cups beef broth
- β2 tablespoons coconut oil

Heat the coconut oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Brown the beef shin on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the unique seasoning blend, peppery spice, and Syrian oregano to the pot and cook for 1 minute.

Add the tomato paste to the pot and cook for 1 minute.

Add the beef broth to the pot and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 2 1/2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
