Pan-Seared Lamb Pilaf
A flavorful and aromatic dish originating from Norway, combining lamb with unique spices and pungent herbs.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb leg steaks
- β2 tsp Unique spice blend
- β250g Pilaf mix (Norwegian style)
- β1 tsp Pungent herbs (such as thyme and rosemary)
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- βto taste Salt and pepper
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Sear the lamb leg steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned.

Remove the lamb from the pan and set aside to rest.

Add the pilaf mix to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the unique spice blend and pungent herbs to the pan and cook for an additional minute.
