Turkish Lamb Kebabs
A classic Turkish dish, these lamb kebabs are marinated in a blend of spices and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubesMake sure to trim any excess fat

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, cumin, and paprika.

Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix until they're evenly coated.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes per side, or until they're cooked to your desired level of doneness.
