Spring Lamb Koftas
Delicious spring lamb koftas with a mix of herbs and spices. Perfect for a light spring evening.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb mince
- β1/4 cup Chopped parsley
- β1/4 cup Chopped mint
- β1/2 cup Chopped onion
- β3 Garlic cloves
- β2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- βfor brushing Olive oil

Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).

In a large bowl, combine lamb mince, parsley, mint, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with your hands until just combined.

Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

When ready to cook, use your hands to shape the mixture into 8-10 koftas.

Place the koftas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving a little space between each kofta.

Brush the tops of the koftas with olive oil.

Bake the koftas in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
