Smoky Korean Pork Skewers
A sweet and spicy Korean-inspired recipe for pork skewers with a smoky flavor.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork shoulder
- β2 tablespoons Korean chili flakes
- β2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 tablespoon Ginger
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Honey
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
- β2 tablespoons Unique sesame oil
- β1/4 cup Green onions

In a blender or food processor, combine chili flakes, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.

In a large bowl, whisk together the blended mixture and sesame oil. Add the pork shoulder and toss to coat.

Thread the pork onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
