- ●1/2 pound, sliced portuguese sausagelook for linguiça or chouriço
- ●2 tablespoons olive oiluse a good quality oil
- ●1 teaspoon garlic powderor to taste
- ●1/2 teaspoon paprikasmoked or sweet work well
- ●to taste saltuse flaky salt if possible
- ●to taste black pepperfreshly ground is best

Thread radish, sausage, and peppers onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
