British Breakfast Quesadillas
A twist on traditional breakfast quesadillas, featuring British breakfast ingredients in a Mexican-inspired dish. This recipe combines the savory flavors of the UK with the vibrant spices of Mexico.
Ingredients

- β4 sausagesBritish-style sausages, such as bangers
- β1 cup mushroomsbutton or cremini
- β1 cup, shredded cheddar cheese
- β4 tortillaslarge flour tortillas
- β1/4 cup cooking oilvegetable or canola oil
- β1 tsp cuminground cumin
- β1 tsp chili powdermild or hot, depending on taste
- β salt and pepper

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the cooking oil and swirl to coat.
