Japanese Pork Skewers with Umami Glaze

- β2 tablespoons Japanese rice vinegar
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- β1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced
- β1 teaspoon Umami seasoning
- β1 tablespoon Sugar
- β1/4 cup Green onions, chopped
- β10-12 Skewers, bamboo

1. In a large bowl, whisk together Japanese rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, umami seasoning, and sugar.

3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated pork onto the bamboo skewers.
