Vietnamese Chicken Pho
A classic Vietnamese noodle soup made with chicken, vegetables, and fragrant spices. This recipe serves 4 and can be prepared in under an hour.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons pho spice mix
- β1 pound fluffy rice noodles
- β4 cups ga broth
- β1 medium onion
- β2 inches ginger
- β1 cup bean sprouts
- β4 lime wedges
- β1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Combine chicken and pho spice mix in a bowl. Set aside.

Heat ga broth in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add onion and ginger to the pot and cook for 5 minutes.

Add rice noodles to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until tender.
