British Scotch Egg

- β1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- β1 beaten egg
- β1/2 cup light breadcrumbs

Heat about 2 inches of oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

Dredge the scotch eggs in the flour, shaking off excess.
