Slovakian Plum Compote
A traditional Slovakian dessert made with fresh plums and a touch of sweetness.

- β1/4 cup, water with 1 tablespoon sugar brine
- β1/4 cup, compote syrup compote
- βoptional, 1/4 teaspoon, ground cinnamon uplifting

Combine sliced plums, Slovakian dried plums puree, and brine in a saucepan.

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the plums are tender.
