Thai-Style Avocado and Ube Tart
A unique and refreshing dessert that combines the creaminess of avocado with the sweet flavor of ube and the crunch of a flaky tart crust.
Ingredients

- ●2 ripe avocados Avocado
- ●1 sheet of frozen puff pastry, thawed Tart Pastry
- ●1/4 teaspoon of Tajin or similar chili-lime seasoning Mexican
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Transfer the pastry to a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom.

Prick the bottom of the pastry with a fork to prevent it from bubbling up during baking.

Line the pastry with parchment paper and fill with pie weights or dried beans.

Bake for 15 minutes, then remove the parchment paper and pie weights or beans.

Reduce oven temperature to 375°F (190°C).

Mash the avocados in a bowl until mostly smooth.

Add the ube to the bowl and mix until well combined.

Spoon the avocado-ube mixture into the baked tart shell.

Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the tart is lightly golden brown.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with Tajin or similar seasoning.
