Warm Valley Lasagna
A classic Italian dish with a twist from the valley. This lasagna is perfect for a cold evening.
Ingredients
- ●8-10 lasagna noodles
- ●2 cups warm valley cheese blend
- ●1 cup roasted valley vegetables
- ●1 tsp italian seasonings
- ●1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add roasted valley vegetables and cook until tender.

In a large bowl, combine warm valley cheese blend and italian seasonings.

Spread a layer of cheese mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Arrange 4 lasagna noodles on top of the cheese layer.

Spread half of the remaining cheese mixture on top of the noodles.

Repeat the layers, starting with the noodles, then the cheese mixture.

Top with the remaining cheese mixture and cover with aluminum foil.

Bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes.
