Vanilla Date Bliss Bars
A sweet and gooey dessert bar made with dates, vanilla, and bliss.
Ingredients

- β1 teaspoon vanilla
- β1 cup bliss
- β1 1/2 cups almond flour
- β1/4 cup coconut oil
- β1/2 cup maple syrup
- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a food processor, blend dates, vanilla, and bliss until well combined.

In a separate bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt.

Press half the almond flour mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Spread the date mixture evenly over the crust.

Top with the remaining almond flour mixture.
