Jamaican Vanilla Cake

- β1 cup granulated sugar
- β1/2 cup unsalted buttersoftened
- β3 large eggs
- β2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- β1 teaspoon jamaican spice blend
- β1 teaspoon baking powder
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1 (9-inch) round baking dish

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round baking dish.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
