Argentinian Vanilla Pudding with Dates
A creamy and sweet dessert made with Argentinian vanilla and dates, perfect for warm evenings.

- β2 cups Puddingvanilla flavored
- β2 tsp VanillaArgentinian vanilla extract
- βpinch Smoked saltoptional

In a medium saucepan, combine the pudding and 2 cups of milk. Whisk until well combined.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the pudding comes to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the pudding has thickened.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the Argentinian vanilla extract.

Cover the saucepan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until chilled.

Just before serving, stir in the pitted dates.
